Books written on it, as well.Seems to me that the potential problem screaming to be noticed is that the original lender can invoke the Due on Sale clause and toss a huge wrench into the whole deal.The investor then has to either re-finance the original deal or (if for some reason he can't re-finance or sell) let it go to foreclosure, wreck the original seller's credit and toss the unsuspecting lease option buyer into the street.

What I really noticed was a whole bunch of guys screaming, trying to create a buying frenzy atmosphere with few people actually bidding.

This past year, I was sitting about 10 rows down from a guy who was hit with a screaming line drive, directly in the forehead.

That's when I got the screaming good deal.I think it's going to be awhile before anyone learns anything from me here.

When the likes of JDSU dropped from $100 to $50 everyone was screaming bottom and bargain.

The management company put in tenants who scream obsenities all day and all night.
