Does anyone have any experience using Facebook/Instagram in any way?

Don’t go BankRRRRupt from a simplified sales pitch that in many cases equates to the Instagram version of a business plan.

Regarding making sure they are a good company you can check their presence online like Facebook, Instagram, Website and ask for current clients' references.

So long story short I found a lender that I follow on Instagram that uses private lenders for refinance deals and other flip deals etc.

However, the issue I have with InvestorCarrot is they have very little flexibility to adjust the site to your needs.Few examples: one of the social media avenues we use is Instagram.
