Use a developer from India for the website creation.No real issues with GoDaddy email so far and hosting service seems to be working fine also.

I even bought a property when I was in India and my partner handled the details and settlement from France.

The title company and all other contacts are outsourced to India, and not knowledgeable about real estate transactions.

I had stopped for several years and now getting back Full Time I am a retired Civil Engineer --Originally from India --Very Honest.

They call the LOCAL NUMBER - because they assume they will connect to the investor immediately, vs. going thru a website or a "call center in India" (what people assume about toll-free #'s).Do we think there is value to the website and toll-free number?

The big guys still depend on finding them first and using all that wonderful personal stuff like e-mail, va's in india or somewhere, mail, websites and fill in the form, and all that other great personal stuff.Well I too believe in getting there first but my first goal is to start a relationship and solve a problem.

I've got interest in 11 houses and live/work in India.
