Hi everybody,

I'm really excited to join BiggerPockets which I found out about through investfourmore.com

I've a full time job at a consulting firm in downtown Houston, however I'm trying to get into REI part-time.

My wife and I currently have 2 rentals - one in medical center and other in downtown houston.

Originally from India, my parents always taught me to save and invest in real estate whenever I could. Rule of thumb back in India, real estate will ALWAYS eventually appreciate. India is a country of a billion people with limited space after all :D

That being said, my immediate goal is to buy a couple of properties in the next year or so and eventually have enough properties to retire early.

There is plenty to read here before I can start asking questions, so I'll be reading more initially.

I do work downtown Houston, so I'll be happy catch up over lunch during weekdays.

Looking forward to learning!
