Since the product is still so new, they've been granting beta testers free access to the product's functionality in exchange for feedback and bug reports.

Agreed, wanted something to get started on (not to mention that so many websites rate these background check portal and by the time I test them, they fizzle in features/functionality.

Code requires functional not fancy.

All security deposits are held in the operating account but our accounting system keeps careful track of security deposits and they show up as a liability on our balance sheet.I've not heard of management software designed to function in a specific state, so presume any would work there.

Regarding adding the bedroom, I think it would be an excellent approach if you could keep the layout functional. 

Currently, there is a bug that is limiting the functionality of this feature but the team is busy resolving it.
