Just like all the others, they want your money and disguise it in nice language. 

Once you can accept that, just go to any Chinese business district. 

I include language in my lease allowing me to change the furnace filters (with 24 hour notice) which allows me to enter each of my rentals once a quarter. 

It's a whole strategy where your marketing and language is critical.

You won't believe how effective that is.Accordingly, it makes sense to get the documentation that the largest most successful landlord is using in your property location and follow in his footsteps by capturing his language and process.

Many smaller banks and commercial banks offer asset-based loans, including Chinese banks.

I also disagree with Michael, due to some language in the annual revenue procedures that discusses what we can do with depreciation changes. 

We have changed our language to state the the person renting must be at least 25 and MUST be present during the entire stay. 

My issue is that I come from a low income background and have fought my *** off, pardon my language to get to where I am now and comfortable.
