We usually request a walk through and review of leases, proformas, etc. within 2 business days of accepted offer. 

This will boost your preliminary knowledge base exponentially, and thereafter your confidence in offering on properties.Once you have a bit more comfort with the straight forward items (or while you’re learning about them), get a property under contract with an inspection contingency of 14+ business days.

Lessons Learned: It was good that we got some decent phone calls over the last two business days, following a relatively slow week last week.

My contract has a 20 business day clause in it for inspection, etc.Not to sound dumb, but do you just come right out and ask why it hasn't been selling?

Normally in a lease you have everything written out such as after three business days, there is a $40 fee etc.
