I've got to say, no offense to law-enforcement, that personally, I'm a lot more afraid of being shot in my own home by a cop (in a mask) with the wrong address and a "no-knock" warrant, than I am of being gunned down by a nut-job in a mall.

That's the bigger issue..Wondering too, the reaction of the owner, having made a purchase contract and then seeing it listed on the MLS to flip the contract.....I realize you can disclose that, just wonder about seeing say a $5,000 price increase on a $40K contract he just signed how he's feel about losing more than the usual commission?
