I saw that website too and I believe it is outdated, considering the offers we are already getting are twice that.

They were evicted from their "unit" the other tenant still has rights to be in his "unit" until the move out date.

I have found that usually, as soon as you take a n interest and start "helping" by sending them possibilities while reminding them of the move out date, they will magically find something. 

You will need some way to keep the housekeeper(s) up to date on all the check out dates.

Taking your specific example though, with this being a condo, a bit outdated and competing with apartment complexes, you won't get more than $1300/m which (with a 7% int rate) will net you about $200-$240 a month without considering any repairs or capex (which is admittedly low in condos).

I went and viewed the duplex and it was in excellent condition, slightly outdated and needed minor cosmetic repair. 

And those videos will probably be updated regularly where info on websites may get outdated, moved, or deleted.3.

It is small (6x8 ft) with a current handicap shower and single sink outdated vanity.
