I know for our company we will have an outsourced virtual assistant type company compile a steady list of "likely" second time loan mod defaulters.  

The biggest challenge that I would have is basically outsourcing the analysis.  

Some have advised outsourcing that to an advisor, and that might be the 2nd best way to go.

There is a real range of possibilities.As you are finding wholesale deals you could just keep one every so often once you are organized to deal with the management aspects (personally or outsourced).

@Don Van Nguyen If in the long term you want to take over property management, I would not outsource it in the beginning.

Watching your back in a RE transaction is a job one should NEVER fully outsource.
