If your property was in a low end, rougher area of Indianapolis, I would say that's pretty typical but at $1000/mth rent, that is unusual from my experience.

They don't have the infrastructure my borough does, they don't have the leadership, they certainly don't have the tax base, whereas the bulk of my borough is clear B and A-class properties, after a drive past a cemetery.I would venture to say my situation is really not that unusual in the Rust Belt.

(This is a $3000+ a week condo so its not unusual to get some questions first).  

The result is very little competition and unusually good numbers experienced in this unique niche.

That's somewhat unusual.

There's just something unconventional and unusual enough about an online lender like that that makes me hesitate.Here's what it comes down to - straight up.

in an emergency you can use the propane heaters, they don't require utilities and put out a pretty good amount of heat.I had to do this on a short sale that was vacant,,the owner signed a "lease" for me to legally have access, I keep the house warm enough for pipes not to freeze during some unusually cold weather a few years ago,,the utilitie companies took too long turning them on because of the problems caused by the weather (I had gas, but no electricity to run the system)

That leaves the loud music during normal hours and depending on the definition of loud this is not an unusual rule.  

After posting this question, it sounds like it isn't unusual to push it off to the tenant so thank you for your answer. 

Although unusual, if it is that important to use biodegradable detergent, I would just provide tenants with that kind of detergent every month.
