Your article says that three times in one paragraph.Unintentional as it may be, it becomes a take-away for the reader / listener / audience, and it may not be what you want them to remember of your presentation.

Many of the readers of BiggerPockets are from various locations, so I'd recommend checking with the local assessor, like you did.

Go to www.narpm.org and search their directory in the upper-right of the page.You may already know this but I'll preach it for any readers.

They are the tape and book readers and the ones that sound good and I concur when you go back to them now all of a sudden they are changing their tune.
