Aspiring house flipper in Dallas, Texas!

I currently live in the DFW metropolis in North Texas! I am wanting to flip houses! I am soaking up as much info as I can and I have currently ordered both bigger pockets books and waiting for the to arrive. I have always wanted to own my own business. I am currently in school to get my basics but my major is in Entrepreneurship/small business. I am wanting as many tips and tricks as you people can offer and I NEED A MENTOR IN MY AREA. I want a mentor that I can shadow on flipping. I learn best by seeing.
