I have to say being young with a mindset of an entrepreneur and having to "force" myself to be in a environment such as where I work is really tough, but being that I always have a busiess book with me at all times tends to take the stress away, eventhough I 've always had a passion for RE, I believe one day I will be successful and be self employed :lol: .

I love the format of Q and A with fellow REI's and Entrepreneurs they share a lot of great tips and advice.

Maybe you dont want to be a millionaire but i dont believe that an entrepreneur should limit themselves to just one skill.

We are big in paying it forward, helping young entrepreneur's get started plus giving back to the community .

I'm not sure about your clientele but a lot of our investors are busy and successful professionals such as doctors, CPAs, engineers, project managers, entrepreneurs, etc, they do not have the expertise or the time to look for and qualify investment properties themselves.
