Directly across from the women's apartment the guys moved several of the gas and charcoal grills, they set up a dozen lawn chairs, a couple of tables, and they keep 2 or 3 coolers stocked with beer. 

In theory, they’re supposed to be as close to arm chair, sleep-like-a-baby, commercial property ownership as you can get.
