Long time listener, first time buyer

Hello everyone, thanks so much for all of the content and learning that this community provides. I am such a fan of bigger pockets, I feel like I have gained so much insight from you all. I am a foreigner living in the US, about to purchase my first investment property in Savannah Georgia. It's a triplex, with long term tenants in place for another 6 months or so. I am in escrow as of today and closing by the end of the month. I am looking for advice as to the best places that can offer insurance and any suggestions about rental property management options. it's currently being managed and I am not sure exactly how that works in changing hands to a new owner while leases are in place. I just want to do my research as to how/who best to manage it in the future, with all of the new software and programs available and great companies out there, any and all suggestions are welcome.
