Long time listener, first time buyer
Hello everyone, thanks so much for all of the content and learning that this community provides. I am such a fan of bigger pockets, I feel like I have gained so much insight from you all. I am a foreigner living in the US, about to purchase my first investment property in Savannah Georgia. It's a triplex, with long term tenants in place for another 6 months or so. I am in escrow as of today and closing by the end of the month. I am looking for advice as to the best places that can offer insurance and any suggestions about rental property management options. it's currently being managed and I am not sure exactly how that works in changing hands to a new owner while leases are in place. I just want to do my research as to how/who best to manage it in the future, with all of the new software and programs available and great companies out there, any and all suggestions are welcome. THANKYOU AGAIN FOR GIVING ME THE CONFIDENCE TO TAKE THIS LEAP

Hey @Erin Wilks, welcome to the BP community (officially)!
Congrats on getting that triplex under contract! In terms of insurance, I'd be happy to recommend my agent here in Atlanta (even if they aren't able to work with you they may have a recommendation). Unfortunately, I won't be of much help on specific PM options down there, but see if you can do some research within the forums (I know the BP search tool isn't the best).
When it comes to changing PMs upon closing, there shouldn't be any issue since the PM does not transfer with the property unless your want them to. They have a contract with the previous owner and you have the option to sign a new contract with them or find someone else. However, I highly recommend having a conversation or two with them as they would be a wealth of info on the property and tenants.
Make sure you review those leases ASAP and best of luck with due diligence!
