All secured by commercial property.I am contemplating adding longer term (15 year) fully amortized hard money loans.

When I checked the strip mall on one of the crime sites I discovered that robberies and assaults occurred frequently and that the situation appears to have been the same for the past few years.

I've contemplated starting something along the lines of a real estate focused networking group, but it's never come to fruition (scheduling can be HARD as an agent, especially in this current market).Concerning hard money lenders, I don't know anyone personally that is available, but I do have a couple of investor clients who have worked with hard money lenders in the past, and I would be happy to connect you with them.
