Rent Home or Airbnb Entire House

Hi Everyone, So I recently took a new position that made me relocate out of the Philadelphia area. I own my home in Manayunk and have been Airbnb’n my guest room for awhile and doing great with that. I am contemplating on if I should rent out my entire home. Where I can most likely get between $1600-1700 a month. Or Airbnb my entire place, which would be completely furnished. I figure I could most likely get between $150 a night. I am not sure the market for a full home rental in Manayunk for Airbnb. I do like having the option of not my home not getting as much wear and tear and being able to use it when I want for a weekend. I would love your thoughts. Thanks
