I put in security systems and I install fake cameras.

They do it because they get paid immediately once I inspect the work, which can be done via pictures or a Camera that I have installed if not in person.

I don't vet my Vrbo guests, but they are a higher caliber than many of the Air crowd.My high rates screen out many undesirable.I do make sure they pay a pet fee if bringing pets.I have exterior cameras to keep track of things but have never had any issues in a very long time.
