PIN is all member lead, members are common speakers as are local agencies such as the county Treasurer and other politicians who affect investors, our local S8 office, the water dept, and just two meetings ago we had an hour long presentation from Fair Housing with Q&A. 

I stumbled upon BP a few weeks ago (what a treasure trove of goodwill and information!)

A city that I feel very confidently about would be in Everett where there is not any regulations in place yet but given that the new casino is opening in June 2019, there is a large demand for unit at the moment. 

Just off the street from the state route and just across the river from downtown businesses and new MGM Casino ( that was scheduled to be opened in 2018).Very private lot.

I am in the Treasure Valley so can't really offer a ton of services, but just wanted to say welcome to Idaho!  

Any references to companies that understand that every property is not going to be the Penthouse @ (insert casino) ?
