Mike, I am really down on commercial real estate; I think the pandemic has accelerated the move away from offices (it was a movement before the pandemic). 

Obviously you want it to not pool at the spot or even flow towards the house, you want to see a clear movement away from the house.

It's the small, consistent needle point movements and make the quilt 💪🏾

While I understand that many of these experts have perpetually pessimistic views on society and the economy, it is undeniable that the market has been booming at the highest rate since the years leading up to the previous financial crisis.I understand from ample research on BP that many investment strategies are relatively unaffected by market dips and fluctuations because they are not typically reliant upon appreciation.

I tend to have a perpetual case of "getting-ready-to-get-ready", but it occurred to me the other day that I might just have a great opportunity right under my nose.I currently rent a room in a house that i live in part-time.  

Sometimes movement of less than 10K is required to be reported as well.You probably won't have a knock at the door though.

Goals in this movement: Apply rental income to continue to chip away at my principal balance.

Part of the reason I like this idea is because of all the trends towards sustainability, shared economy, tiny house movement, people wanting more flexibility with their vacations, and the fact that it's just simply unique.

Currently, I do not own a house due to job movement within the state of Texas and was wondering if I should even start investing in real estate on residential rentals.
