I do appreciate the idea @Sunny D. about the 401k being effortless(def rings true) and that you can take the 401k out 5% per year with minimal penalties; thank you.

Chicago had the same thing and we went ring around the rosey for many months before we settled on the regulations we have today.

I was dialing a fresh list this week and and had a contact ratio of 14%, with a true contact % of 45% on a 6 ring dialer.However these numbers are not scrubbed against the DNC, so that is something you might have to look into with a 3rd party vendor.
