I'm definitely interested in syndications, the issue I have at the moment is not being an accredited investor as I just started my real job a year ago.

We are homeschooling next year and also are wanting to have a yard for the kids since they aren’t enrolled in school.

But for now I am trying to stay focused on this project but it is a but overwhelming because of the learning curve and lack of experience.The main task I am realizing that I can help out with the most for the business is to create a marketing strategy that will reach accredited investors and discover various ways to raise capital.

I lend money through crowdfund sites, which are generally available to retail investors (some sites require the investor be accredited, while other sites do not).

HiWe recently launched our website, fibo.finance, a product that allows accredited investors to invest in fractional real estate. 

As far as future goals for you, income wise you’ll hit accredited investors status soon enough.  

Investing in certain types of private notes requires an investor to be accredited. 

I was wondering if anyone out there has had any luck with the various accredited lead list sources that are out there.....For direct mail etc...I am looking for accredited investor leads and was wondering if these are worth spending the money on...thanks

I am thinking we go after passive accredited investors and the fund to start off is 10 million over 5 years. 

If you want to try notes I would recommend finding a crowdfunding portal that allows both accredited and non accredited investors.. that way if your accredited you can partake and if your not you can also partake.. many of them are pretty much focusing on debt deals.
