It is the third largest MSA in PA (~650K residents, ~875K projected by 2040), 68th in the entire USA. 4.4% Seasonally Adjusted Unemployment Rate in January (Decrease of 1 percent over the year), which is better than the total USA.Jobs and incomeJob growth was 0.9% over the year.Job growth in the past 5 years has been particularly high in Healthcare & Social Assistance (5,758 jobs or 12% growth) Transportation & Warehousing (4,567 jobs or 32% growth), and Arts, Entertainment & Recreation (3,877 jobs or 54% growth) according to the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC).

when I look in denver I can buy duplexes for 3-500000,  4plexes 4 to 600000 (this is just what i am seeing and I am not super great at this but I do try to pay attention)... hence sell 2 duplexes for  6 to a million or 2 4plexes for 8- 1.2 million............... or live work any art schools up there, or live and galleries,   or ???

See Brandon is on the opposite spectrum from me.His bread and butter is managing and mine is selling.That's like me putting in a clause that if you buy through me you have to choose me to manage it and the fees will be really fat.I don't manage because I don't like it and I love the art of the deal.I wouldn't force myself onto a buyer or seller for management when it's not my forte.
