I currently live in Charlotte, NC and I’m tackling a particular lane of real estate that hasn’t been taken advantage of to its fullest.

If I were to flip and sell for $115k, I would profit $30-35k, minus closing costs...I think.Would I be crazy to combine funds from both investors to tackle this?

I may give it a try honestly or see if the contractor will tackle the kitchen for me which is the hardest part.

Agents are there to guide you on what to disclose, how to do it properly and why its important, among other things.In addition to the liability, the actual mundane back and forth process of escrow can be a lot of stress for a seller to tackle on their own.

I wouldn't tackle a project this large by myself though, definitely see if you can partner up with someone that has experience. 

I have tiled a few bathrooms before but never tackled a whole house I am sure it will take me at least a week.laminate was my second choice but i have already had a floor warp due to sitting under water for a little bit.vinyl is now an option the labor is minimal the look seems decent and the maintenance and durability is theremy only concern will i be losing those more savvy tenants?
