Because the house we're looking at was built in 19 would like to find a sewer line inspector (camera equipment) with a good reputation in the Phoenix area, preferably one who does inspections only - versus looking for problems in order to drum up business.

Hi,I have a house in CA had been break-in twice in past 1.5 years, since the bushes in the front of the house was tall, CA let many prisoners/drug addicts out on the street due to over crowed jail, the city do not have enough polices.Just one month after my new tenants moved in, the house was break-in again, though the bushes are cut down, I pay some costs for the new tenant to set up camera, signs etc, now they said that I dis not disclosed past break-in to them, and they demand me to pay for ADT, Comcast service, which can be expensive and need long term contract.My questions are:1.
