I had to comply to move forward but this will not work with appraisers busy schedules for sure.Can you please help me figure out these 2 challenges:1- Is there a way I can enforce my right as a landlord to access the property for inspection or provide access to appraiser if I can prove I gave proper notice (24 hours in Oregon), regardless of tenants cooperation?

The market is definitely tough - we scout for inventory, cooperate with wholesalers and watch the MLS like a hawk daily (yes, good deals exist when listing agents are market ignorant).

She was less than cooperative in my opinion and although she kept things by the book, I never felt like she was on my side.If you are looking for as little money down as possible, I learned that scheduling your closing date as early in the month as possible on a property with rented units will translate those rents and deposits right to the bottom line of what dollar value is needed to bring to the close.

Bedbugs are most active at night and are attracted to carbon dioxide in exhaled breath of sleeping people.Bedbugs do seem to be treatable with tenant cooperation but it's a real chore.
