Depending on where you are looking to buy a 20k a year income may be pretty difficult to qualify you for a mortgage especially if you have any debts in your name at all.Is there anyone else that can help you guys from a co-signing perspective?

A co-worker of mine paid 100K over the listed price to secure a house.

It was odd financing because I was in college and was using a co-signer.

So call the bank back twice, and they assure me that I am not a co-signor or in any way associated with that account, but instead of just saying, Sorry, we'll fix it right away, they say I must formally dispute it, mail in credit report with full account number (Thankfully, my lender gave it to me as the annual one only lists partial numbers.) and documentation?

I would be looking for a co-signor as well.Where are your properties located?

Curious if investors would qualify as a co-signer on blood relative home if relative lives in the home.

It's like being a co-signer, and they accepted responsibility of the title and loan over a year ago.  

From my perspective the need to find good deals ends up in a co-wholesale arena because the "pool" of possibility opens a wee bit more.

I added a bedroom by installing a legal egress to a basement in a CO rental and it made it much easier to rent and solidified the price I wanted.
