After some fishing around I’m starting to see the price of real estate in the area and it’s no wonder, WC is beautiful.

A new service panel should run you about $1500, what get's expensive if you have to re-wire the unit and fish wires to every switch and outlet, open walls etc

We have had reoccurring sewage issues with maintenance going out multiple times to fish out tampons, hair weaves, child handcuffs, razor blades, red solo cups, etc.  

LOLBut hey, when it comes to fried food let me tell you what, I do love me a bit of fried fish but I sure do clean it up right quick or it stinks up the whole house - yuk.

There's a way to make good investments here but I agree with him that if I didn't live up here then I wouldn't invest up here unless I needed an excuse for write offs when I visit to hunt, fish and snowmachine.
