Wisconsin Home Improvement Loans

Do any investors from Wisconsin know anything about home improvement loans or grants for landlords to upgrade property? I would like to update the electrical in the lower unit of my rental and heard they may be a program for that through the state. I looked around, but couldn't find it. The apartment is in Waukesha County. Thanks!
