The sectors we are interested in are healthcare, casinos, resorts, and large urban redevelopment projects ( mixed use ).

So, how is it different (legit question, not trying to start a fight, but rather have a conversation) when people who do not have the right to live here in the US, but get here through illegal means, and stay illegally, and take advantage of entitlements  and priveledges that belong to US citizens like health care and education?

I have a pretty good paying job in an industry (health care) thats not dying out until at least all the baby boomers do too.

I'll work hard to learn how to do anything I don't know how to do in order to be my own boss and not have to participate in healthcare for the rest of my life. 

I've reached out to a lot of recruiters at healthcare staffing agencies on LinkedIn and on their site haven't had much luck over the past year either.

There is alot of demand for travel health care professional housing if you are in the center of boston or close to it.

@Nicole Heasley  In some areas like AZ and FL you see huge influxes of people  during certain seasons so there is more demand in health care during those times. 

A new $9 million Health Care Corporate building was just built right across the street from my lots.

My only monthly expenses are my healthcare plan (also subsidized by my company) and a gym membership.I spent several years learning the basics of the stock market, I'm now ready for a broad change of pace and plan to use my lack of a monthly mortgage or rent to invest in my first property.All in all, I have built a plan to have financial freedom before I am 40, with the freedom to work or not work as I choose.

For those of you who have few employees, do you offer them anything besides pay (health care, paid vacation, phone, etc)?
