It is your responsibility to keep spread sheets and lists of what they asked for and what you sent as the products will differ and sending too much or not the right documentation is vital.

Forums, Facets would be useful to filter the posts, when you are on the Newest or unanswered posts.Blogs, Its hard to scan for blogs.

Everyone in the space wants a percent of your business so gaining true processes, marketing and technology you can control is vital to maintaining reasonable profit margins.
