Learning about real estate investing
I’m starting to learn about long distance multi family. Our area is too expensive to get started. My husband and I both work full time, so I’m trying to maximize our time. Nice to meet you all!

Hey Alexa, what market are you looking into starting your journey on? I'd normally choose the in-state option for starters provided that your local market can give you that 1-2% rule deal and if it's affordable. Since you're looking into long distance investing, I suggest you read the "The Core 4 Members Vital to a Profitable Long-Distance Real Estate Investing Team" by David Greene. You can learn more from this link here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/... Best of luck!
