Cause iknow theres like the crown trip thats cut out and then theres the pre made crown mold trim thats like plastic.

I think it will be 10+ years before large 3D printers print the structure, electrical and HVAC, trim, doors, etc. 

Other than lot sizes > 5750sqft and at least SF-3, watch out for set back (distance between your ADU and main house needs to be at least 10 feet as well as from the sides), tree requirements (if there are trees that are 19" diameter 4.5 ft from ground as well as if it's a heritage tree, you cannot take them down and even trimming can be pain as city of austin arborists might flag you and they are expensive)2.

This home offers a New Roof, New Electrical, Newer Windows, New Oven/Range, New Refrigerator, New Kitchen all around, New Bathrooms, New Doors, Fresh Coat and Professionally Painted Interior, New Hardwood and Carpet Floor throughout, New Landscaping, Newer Everything including lights, fixtures, cabinets, handrails, toilets, tubs, sinks, doorknobs, bulbs, trim, and more!

I researched and found I would likely use a wood grain filler, 2 coats of oil based primer, and 2 coats of  Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel.

The other units need a weekend's worth of work to be move in ready, little trim paint in one, 1 room needs carpet in the other.
