Need advice for better curb appeal

we have this rental needs new roof and new exterior paint. I already picked out the light grey paint color and a dark roof color. However, there's a chimney in the front which ruins the curb appeal. Any suggestion on what should we do with the chimney? I'm thinking to paint it the wall color but I can't tell if it's a good idea. We want to completely remodel the house and sell it in half year. So I want to make the curb appeal better.

I personally don't think the brick is a problem (assuming it's structurally sound and in good shape)...I just think you need to power wash it, seal it, and install some gutters.

Once you install guttering, your brick will look much cleaner because it should eliminate or minimize the splatter caused by rain around your foundation.

With the new gray paint, and white trim paint, I think the brick will look a lot better.

I think thats the cheapest and easiest fix...and if you don't like it, you can always paint it next year...
