@JT Yourinson yes, chimerical lenders will allow down payment funds to come from helocs so long as the global cash flow makes sense.  

I currently work for an international bank and I'm also finishing up my Bachelor's in Global Business.

Also having to double up on some professionals (e.g accountants), as well as finding ones that are well versed in global investment/tax.

Pick the ones they feel best about that pass CAPs and cash on cash then make a few offers.OR wait for this global trade war to shake out our economy, stay in cash investments and wait for a better opportunity down the road while pounding the pavement in alternative areas that they might now know yet.
