I was thrilled to see 2 new construction homes being built on one of my blocks that I was getting ready to give up on recently.

So far I have learned a ton and this new found thrill of real estate really has me excited to jump right in!

Interesting, I have found that I love the thrill of the chase.

The tenant has expressed that she's not too thrilled with the laundry setup, and I can't say I blame her.Thanks in advance!

I havent done a thrill researh but the ARP value in this area seems to be around $40k to $50K. 3.)

They would prefer them to be torn down and apartments, hotels or casinos built there as they bring in a much higher tax base for the city/county.

I showed a unit to a woman once who was thrilled with the apartment.

You see what I meanI like the most protection, and not thrilled with the idea of yet another cook in the pot.  

I had two try this one us and we just said no and they clsoed anyway.. we had a sale yesterday to a hedge fund that closed with no hitches we have one today in Vegas were we had a FHA buyer  the only issue is they had to get a letter from their employer that they will be back to work once the 30 day closure of all Casinos' is over.. so thats closing today with no concession.. 

I mean I was in Oregon and bought 13 new construction homes down there for the tax bene's it had to be new construction.. so it really boomed the area.. all the Casinos got the huge write offs car dealers all built new facilities office and retail went up all over the place.. it worked.. maybe something like that would work on a national scale..
