Hi everyone! I'm from Pittsburgh, PA and completely new to the exciting world of REI. Therefore, I am looking to gain as much I knowledge, networking, and motivation as possible via BP. I do not own any properties yet but plan to dive in full force once I feel I have a solid education beneath me by means of books, forums, networking, and acquired knowledge from folks in the industry. So far I have learned a ton and this new found thrill of real estate really has me excited to jump right in! However, I know that jumping right off the bat can be detrimental, not only to my pocket but also my confidence. I'm really looking to get into rental properties and ultimately would like it to be my full time job. Corporate America just doesn't do it for me anymore. I hate that my quality of life is determined by those higher on the corporate ladder who ultimately control my financial destiny. With that said, I'm excited about learning more about REI and more specifically the Pittsburgh real estate market from experienced locals.
