Double check your state & county laws...I do know in my area, there is a 10-unit minimum threshold that puts it into the MHP class. 6 units may end up in a different class, zone, etc.Myself, IF the area is conducive to it, i would buy it, rehab them all with different themes (like swampland, big easy, etc.) and create a cool Air Bnb rental "compound", where could get $50-$100 a night income per unit.

If you were to take the annual interest payment every year and not leave it in the CD to compound, you would be receiving $1,930 every year for 10 years, which is a 6.43% return.

Now, when you execute this plan, you can exponentially speed up the process by using compounding...meaning every deal in the beginning leads to two deals, then every 2 deals lead to 4 deals, and so on.Here is where you Repeat, and Repeat, and as outlandish as this might sound, you can achieve your number ($$$) needs stated in the original post much faster than you can imagine.
