Are you suggesting that people who produced a movie that bad mouthed muhammed and islam should be put on trial?

Many of the individuals that I know who are financially successful in this business almost without exception went through a lot of trial and error and hard times before they really got their business up to speed and ran it like a system.I agree with an earlier post that college education does not guarantee a successful financial future.

There is no better way than trial by error.I am sure mistakes will be made and money will be lost.

Some things will just come with experience and trial and error.You make very valid points about keeping track of the properties that interest you, but you didn't buy, just to see how your analysis is doing.

Curious as to how difficult it is to create the templates on Zoho and can you do it with the free trial version or have to get the paid subscription.Also any other recommendations would be helpful. 

It's all about trial and error.  

It was a very hard first flip and at times felt like trial by fire but it was worth it.

Can you verify market rent through another means such as Rentometer (which has a free trial) or your RE Agent?
