Tracking your Inquiries

I am curious to hear from others on how they track their inquiries. For example if I make 50 inquiries through a website to different realtors, some will return calls, some will email and some do both. Curious if people track this using excel, evernote, or what they use to track. I am not at the point to use a Virtual assistant yet.

Thanks
