Lawyers handle closing on the east coast they don't handle these piddly disputes.. at least I doubt they want to .. how can they charge enough to cover their time. cost less to have a cleaning service just go clean the house.. seesh.. what drama.

. : )There are also plenty of C- areas (or worse), where you can spend just as much for the same rent, or maybe even a little more, for a bigger house, with more bedrooms (and more occupants, and more wear-and-tear), but there is a higher level of drama that comes with these neighborhoods.

I heard storage has less tax deduction and highly competitive since it is easy to build but I suppose you also don't have to deal with tenants drama?
