I'm interested in turn key properties. Im just starting off and would like suggestions on markets in which I can pick up properties under 40k. Are there any turn key companies you recommend? Thanks for any info you can provide.

@Alex Peralta

Dayton, Ohio has several properties in "C" class neighborhoods that will fit the above listed criteria. I work with investors that purchase properties in the price range of $8K to $20K and then rehab for another $10K to $20K. Once completed you have a low CapEx property that will bring in anywhere from $600/month to $850/month in rental income depending on the number of bedrooms. PM me if you would like to learn more about the Dayton, Ohio market.
