I was able to put both lawsuits in one filing and the trust company ( which I don't own) was listed in the suit  and is listed on the judgement deeds I recieved.

An eviction itself won't post to a credit bureau report but a collection (if you turn over the unpaid rent to an agency) or a judgement certainly will result in a big hit to their credit score.
