Statistically speaking most car accidents happen within 25 mile of your home.

I find driving up to Tampa more stressful and potentially problematic with the constant jostling across 3-4 lanes and sometimes long delays due to accidents or road construction.

Otherwise, they will get their hands on the others.Now the same question apply with accidents on the property.

I actually had a tenant get one of my mailers (complete accident when i was starting out) who gave me the park owners contact which led to a deal.I also let them all know we would compensate them with a referral ( and since we have a good relationship with our  vendors , i would think they know this would result in more business to them.
