How do you find mobile home park leads?

There are traditional ways to find MHP leads such as LoopNet, park store, direct mail, cold calling and etc. In addition to the traditional methods, do you use any other leads generation strategies/techniques? please share. 

I personally use IFTTT for craiglist. thank @John Fedro for introducing the tool :)

Nuttier is not a problem , i have met a lot of unique people in this space.  My fear is i belong here because i may be one of them :) :) :)   

All joking aside, i have met a lot of great people over the years and even have learned quite a bit especially from some of the guys that might be out there a bit.
