Part of the reason is there is nothing that made it stand out.Charlotte is one of the fastest growing cities in the county, a day trip away from the beach or mountains, and has great weather, low crime, tourist attractions, and a great diversified economy.  

Wholesaling real estate in my opinion is the easiest and fastest way to get started in real estate investing.

There could be many different reasons for this continued success but I thought it was interesting because I always thought that incurring debt would probably be the fastest way to accumulate wealth in real estate, especially given that interest rates are at record lows.If you're in for the long haul and you have a lot of time on your hands, and most importantly, you have the means, is it a good idea to buy say a property for $150,000 cash or buy three properties with mortgages and put down $50,000 on each?

My initial thought was to jump into wholesaling with both feet, as I think my sales skills would serve me well here and wholesaling seems to be the fastest way to generate cash without using any of your own.

It is the fastest growing county in the state, lower property taxes and commutable to uptown Charlotte and Ballantyne.Indian Trail, Stallings, Waxhaw, Weddington are all good to look at.  

As long as you gave your proper notice, you are good.Hopefully you never run into this situation due to your good screening, but if you do you want the fastest out possible so you can move on.
