Hi Everyone,

The opportunity for me to own my home came up recently, but before I decided to become a home owner I wanted to learn more about real estate.

The whole idea of owning a home at 21 without having a clue about how a mortgage, down payment, or even becoming a landlord was intimidating.

Researching online landed me here. The BP community seems like a phenomenal resource for a newbie like myself and I cant wait to get started learning and getting involved in the real estate industry making smart investments!

I hope everything works out for the best, it always does.

Keyanna

@Keyanna Bell

Welcome to BP.

Do drink-up the knowledge and experience you will find in the forums and blogs here at BP.   However, do be cognizant that there is a distinct U.S.A. bias to much of the materials and things are done a little differently here at home - particularly in the areas of finance, regulation and taxation.
