Anything an hour away or more, I have a property manager to handle issues with tenants, collect rents as well as it's a requirement for insurance.Since these are leases I took over from previous landlords after I purchased their properties, I do not have their e-mail addresses to notify the renters that we now accept electronic payments through Cozy.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

No renters insurance had been taken out by the tenants , My insurance I believe is just for fire and destruction from the tenants destroying the property. a few electronic were taken probably less than a $1000.00 in value.

Your Excel entry example makes perfect sense to me as an outsourcing option.I think we should outsource the time consuming intellectual / electronic / virtual work and free ourselves up to innovate, create, and do what we're good at or love to do.I think we should insource premier talent, R&D, manufacturing, farming.... things that require serious talent and/or serious shipping costs, or relate to national security and well-being (energy, farming)If we cultivate a reputation as a source of innovation, top-notch talent at top-notch salaries, and high quality manufactured products that we stand behind - I think the U.S. can remain strong into the forseeable future.If we continue to not look beyond the bottom line in business - we're doomed - we can't hope to compete with China, India, Brazil...

While gold has intrinsic values, used for flaunting wealth, medical applications and electronics, in really chaotic times Tom, IMO, gold might not get you what you want.Moving on to the graduate level, Byran, (lol) that would be beyond Fox U., there are survivalist schools of thought for hording gold.

Different printing techniques use different materials, so a complex object like electronics will remain out of reach for quite some time.While not exactly a feature of an apartment itself, the "new urban" idea of having a variety of services nearby is attractive, IMHO.
