Want to switch to Cozy. Sending notices to renters advice

What we normally do is the property manager receives the payments, and then deposits the rental payments to the associated bank accounts.  However, I want to start streamlining the rental payment process, so I was going to start to use Cozy for some of my properties which are out of my local area (I.E. one's I do not service myself).  Anything an hour away or more, I have a property manager to handle issues with tenants, collect rents as well as it's a requirement for insurance.

Since these are leases I took over from previous landlords after I purchased their properties, I do not have their e-mail addresses to notify the renters that we now accept electronic payments through Cozy.  Any ideas on what I can send them via snail mail?  Cozy requires an e-mail address for the renter, so there is my current roadblock.

Ideas?

Set yourself up as a tenant. Send yourself an email from Cozy. Use the Cozy email as a template. Copy it into a word document, adjust where necessary, and mail a copy to your tenants.
